My six year old students hand picked, photographed and made this incredibly easy, fresh, delicious side dish in less than 10 minutes.

Man, this dish was nothing other than crazy nuts, chilly, crispy, spicy, super tangy, spicy summertime deliciousness! Great work kiddos! I'd eat this ANY day of the week!

Ingredients

  1. ● For The Fresh Garden Salad [use only chilled firm vegetables]
  2. 2EX LG Sliced Cucumbers [peeled]
  3. 2 CupsFresh Chopped Firm Tomatoes
  4. 1 CupThin Sliced Celery [with leaves]
  5. 1/4 CupFresh Parsley Leaves [+ reserves for garish]
  6. 1/2 CupGreen Onions [+ reserves for garish]
  7. as neededChilled Kraft Italian Dressing [well shaken]
  8. 1/2 tspFresh Ground Pepper
  9. 1 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  10. 1 tbspFine Minced Garlic
  11. 1 tbspFresh Chopped Dill
  12. 1/2 tspCelery Seed
  13. 1/8 CupFresh Basil
  14. ● For The Options [as needed]
  15. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  16. Homemade Garlic Croutons
  17. Course Cracked Sea Salt
  18. Crumbled Feta Cheese
  19. Artichoke Hearts In Water [drained & chopped]

Cooking Instructions

3 Minutes
  1. 1

    Chop all vegetables and coat with dressing and seasonings. Mix & chill well.

    One of the best OTC brands out there! Serve super chilled and well shaken.

    Homemade Buttered Garlic Croutons pictured.
