  1. 1 cupdhuli urad daal
  2. 4 spooncorn flour
  3. pinchred ya yellow food colour
  4. oil deep fry  ke liye
  5. chashni  (maine rasgulle ki bachi hui chashni use ki hai)

Cooking Instructions

    Daal ko 4-5 hour ke liye bhigo de.... chhanni me sara pani nithar le....aur mixi me ekdam smooth paste bana le.... thick ho to thoda sa pani mix kar le..... ab paste ko bowl me daalkar whisker se bahut achchhe se whisk kar le

    Food colour and cornflour b ad karein aur achchhe se whisk kar le

    Ek pan me oil garama karein or iemarti ki shape banakar fry karein..... iemarti ko nikalte time achchhe se chhan kar nikale taki jada oil iemarti me na rahe

    Rasgulle ki chashni me iemarti dip karein....5 minutes rehne de chashni me fir nikal le
