Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 canCream of Mushrom
  2. 1/2 cupWater
  3. 1/3 sliceOnion
  4. 1 packagesCube Steak
  5. 1 1/3 cupVegetable Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat cooking oil on medium

  2. 2

    Clean and prep your cube steak with your choice of seasoning

  3. 3

    By this time your cooking oil should be at 350°F fry the cub steak wel done so about 10 minutes on each side.

    After you have fried all your meat drain your grease and add the cream of mushroom onions and your water stir it all together let come to a boil for 5 minutes.

    Turn the heat down on low and let your meat simmer for approximately 15 minutes and its ready to serve

I add beef broth and a pack of brown gravy...great dish!!
