Cooking Instructions

Chop yellow onions and put it to the side, and chop scallions small and put the side

Season the steaks both sides,

Heat up skillet at medium heat and add a cube size slice of butter and add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to skillet

Add steaks to the hot skillet, and let steaks cook 5 to 6 minutes each side

Then remove steaks from skillet and keep the little access of oil in the skillet

Add a cube slice of butter in the skillet and add 3 tbsp of flour and mix to caramelize flour and add 1 cup of water and stir thoroughly to it thickens

Then add the chop onions and scallions to till moist and add the steaks and flip and dip the steaks each size till tender,

Then let it simmer what covering over the skillet for 10 minutes before serving ENJOY!
