Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Sauce
  2. 1 1/4 cuplight coconut milk
  3. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 2 tspsugar, or to taste
  5. 1/2 tspsalt, or to taste
  6. Seasoning
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  9. 1zest of 1 lemon
  10. 2 tbspcurry powder
  11. 1 1/2 tbspminced garlic

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce, sugar, and ½ teaspoon kosher salt.

    Place a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add olive oil and heat for 30 seconds.

    Add red pepper flakes, zest, garlic, and curry powder and stir-fry until fragrant, about 15 seconds.

    Add the coconut-milk mixture and bring to a boil.

  6. 6

    Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, 1½ minutes. Add basil.

    Pour into a bowl.
