  1. 2Bananas, ripe
  2. 1/2 tspVanilla
  3. 1/2 tspCinnamon
  4. 1 tbspWhite Sugar
  5. 1 tbspHoney
  6. 1 1/2 cupWater
  7. 3/4 cupQuinoa
  8. 1Salt, to Taste
  9. 1/2 tbspButter
  10. 2 cupMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and drain quinoa thoroughly

    Bring water and quinoa to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Reminder from heat.

    Blend together milk, bananas, sugar, honey, and salt.

  5. 5

    Pour the milk mixture into the saucepan with the quinoa.

  6. 6

    Place pan on medium heat. Cook and stir, 5 to 10 minutes, until smooth.

    Remove from heart. Stir in the butter, vanilla, and cinnamon and serve warm.

It was a bit runny, but taking out a little milk helps. Cinnamon tastes a bit funky, opt out.
