Ingredients

  1. 2 lbChicken
  2. 16 ozfresh/frozen stir-fry veggies
  3. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  4. 2 tspsherry
  5. 3 tspcornstarch
  6. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 3 tbspworcestershire sauce
  8. 1garlic to taste
  9. 3 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and cornstarch in bowl. Set aside.

    Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in wok or large nonstick skillet

    Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces

  4. 4

    Stir-fry chicken until golden brown. Add garlic while frying if desired.

    Add vegetables

  6. 6

    Stir-fry until vegetables are soft

  7. 7

    Reduce heat

  8. 8

    Re-stir sauce mixture then add to pan

  9. 9

    Stir-fry 5 minutes or until sauce thickens

  10. 10

    Serve over rice if desired
