Ingredients

  1. 15Ready made golgappe
  2. For potato Masala :
  3. 2Boiled potatoes
  4. 1/2 cupBlack Chane boiled
  5. 1 /2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspBlack salt
  7. 1 /2 tspChat masala
  8. 1 tspGreen chutney
  9. For golgappe jaljeera:
  10. 1 tspTamarind paste
  11. 8-10Mint leaves,
  12. 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  13. 2 choppedGreen chilies
  14. 1/2 InchGinger piece chopped
  15. 1 tspCumin powder
  16. to tasteBlack salt
  17. For tamarind chutney :
  18. 2 tspTamarind puree
  19. 4 tspJaggery
  20. to tasteBlack salt
  21. 1 /2 tspRed chilli powder
  22. 1/2 tspCumin powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients of potatoes Masala. Mash & mix all properly. Keep aside.

    Mix all ingredients of golgappe jaljeera in Mixer jar. Grind in a smooth fine paste. Mix thus paste in 1/2 litre water. Adjust salt & tamarind according to your taste.

    Mix all ingredients of tamarind chutney in a bowl. Add 2 tsp water. Mix & stir all.

  4. 4

    Serve golgappe with potatoes Masala, jaljeera, & tamarind chutney. Enjoy chatkhare
