Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400, spray muffin tin with cooking spray

Lay a slice of ham in each hole creating a ham cup

Crack one egg into each cup and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Bake for 12min until white is firm but yolk runny
- 5
Top with cheese and scallions and serve
