Ingredients

30 mins
  1. spice
  2. 2 tbsppaprika
  3. 1/4 tspmexican chili powder
  4. 1/4 tspred cayenne pepper
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/4 tspmustard powder
  9. 1/4 tspsalt
  10. sugars
  11. 1 tbsphoney
  12. 1/2 cupdark brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all spice ingredients in bowl

  2. 2

    Pour 1/2 tablespoon of honey on inside cavity of ribs and massage into ribs

  3. 3

    Apply rub liberally to inside cavity of ribs and rub into ribs

  4. 4

    Pour 1/2 tablespoon of honey on outside cavity of ribs and massage into ribs

  5. 5

    Apply rub liberally to outside cavity of ribs and rub into ribs

  6. 6

    Cover with aluminum foil, place in refrigerator and let sit overnight. (I usually let mine sit and maronate in the refrigerator for approximately 15 hours)
