Steam the pork in a steamer for 2 hours.

After the pork has cooled, place in a large plastic bag, mix and add all of the recipe sauce ingredients, and chill in the fridge for at least half a day for the flavors to settle.

It is done once it browns in an oven over 390°F/200°C. You could also grill this on a BBQ grill or bake in an Dutch oven.

It's delicious to boil down the leftover sauce.
