An innovative, dry veg can be eat with chapati and parathas

Ingredients

  1. 2Potato medium sized
  2. 2Capsicum medium sized
  3. 1 tbspOil
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds
  5. 1 pinchAsafotida
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 2 tspCoriander powder
  8. Red chilli powder
  9. Dry mango powder
  10. Salt as per taste

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoes and chopped them in small pieces. Take out Capsicum seeds and chop them. Keep aside.

    Heat oil in a wok, add cumin and asafoetida. Let it splutter.

  3. 3

    Add chopped potato and Capsicum. Fry for 2 minutes on high flame.

  4. 4

    Add all spices and salt, stir properly.

  5. 5

    Cover with a lid and cook till done on low flame.

  6. 6

    Open lid and add dry mango powder, mix well.

  7. 7

    Switch off flame.

  8. 8

    Serve with chapati/Puri/ paratha.
