Ingredients

  1. 2 largeeggs
  2. 4 tbspMilk
  3. 1/4onion, diced
  4. 1Bratwurst sausage
  5. 1Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  6. 1 tspButter
  7. 1Vegetable Oil
  8. 1 dashof Salt and Pepper (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Crack the eggs into large bowl, mix until slightly bubbly

  2. 2

    Add milk into egg mixture, stir, and set aside

  3. 3

    Cut up the sausages unto small pieces, set aside

  4. 4

    Melt the butter with vegetable oil in the pan with medium heat

  5. 5

    Put the diced onion and sausages, stir fry but not until fully cooked

  6. 6

    Pour the egg mixture to the pan

  7. 7

    Add the shredded cheddar cheese

  8. 8

    Add salt and pepper to taste (optional)

  9. 9

    Serve with toast bread

Excellent; very easy, no need to flip if you cover the pot when cooking. A bit of onion always good, too. I'd recommend three eggs for one person, five for two (with proportional increases in other ingredients, too, of course). B-)
