    Boil your pasta till it's aldente, drain it and run it under cold water to stop the cooking process

  2. 2

    Lightly oil your pan, add in the onions, sausages, chicken, carrots and then the garlic

  3. 3

    Sauté for a bit and then add in the pasta, green pepper and seasoning.

  4. 4

    Toss slightly till they're well incorporated.

  5. 5

    Serve!
