Cooking Instructions
- 1
spray an 8x8 (or bigger) pan with non-stick cooking spray
- 2
pour 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce to pan just to cover the bottom!
- 3
boil 8-10 cups of water and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente!
- 4
NOW THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART
- 5
Drain and rinse the noodles in COLD WATER! ( This prevents them from sticking together)
- 6
Lay out each noodle individually and blot dry with a paper towel.
- 7
Spread about 2 Tbs. of Alfredo sauce over each noodle!
- 8
Sprinkle Oregano and garlic salt over the sauce!
- 9
Take 1/9 of the shredded chicken and spread it out evenly over each noodle!
- 10
Add approximately 3 Tbs. cheese to each one!
- 11
To roll up, Start at one end and roll the noodle over the toppings!
- 12
just a side note - You will need to lift up the noodle a little to prevent squishing out the ingredients while rolling!
- 13
place the roll-ups in the pan one by one! (seam side down so they don't come undone)
- 14
Once they are all in the pan, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
- 15
Top with remaining cheese!
- 16
Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes, or cheese on top is completely melted!

When it came to the sauce on the noodle used a silicon basting brush, sprinkled with dried basil and a little garlic salt.
