cook the spaghetti in salty water

drain the water and rinse with cold water

place the butter the garlic onion and parsley in a sauce pan over medium low heat for about 5minutes
- 4
add the sour cream stir and heat 5more minutes
- 5
add the spaghetti and mix it with the sauce
- 6
sprinkled with dry parsley on top and serve

Once when working at the shipyard a co-worker brought a dish in similar to this I add the Herbs and spices to it. His was spaghetti and cheese. It's definitely a vegetarian dish but don't let the lack of sauce deter you its simple, fast, but delicious. Also good with leftover spaghetti noodles. skunkmonkey101
