Ingredients

  1. 1 canArtichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  2. 16 ozcream cheese
  3. 1 packagesfrozen spinach, thawed & drained and chopped
  4. 2 1/2 cupmonterey jack cheese, cubed
  5. 2 1/2 cupmozzerella cheese, shredded
  6. 3 tspminced garlic
  7. 1 dashpepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place all in slow cooker and cook on High for 1-2 hours, until cheese is melted.

    Stir occasionally.
