Cooking Instructions

Palak puree- Heat water and bunch of palak cutting out stems once it change its colour without delay add the palak leaves containing cold water.

Now create a puree of palak adding up,1 ginger,1garlic and 1green chilli in it.blend the palak puree in mixture then keep the palak puree aside.

Palak garvy- Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds mix gently. Now includes the chopped onion and finely chopped garlic or tomato and mix very well.

Add the water as needed adjust the consistency. Then add the turmeric powder, red chilli and salt as required. Cook for 15 minutes palak has boil and solidify.mix well and add garam masala paneer cook for 1 to 2 minutes or serve hot.

I love paneer cubes dipped in spinach sauce (and frankly who doesn't!). One of my best friends from my past life in Michigan (shout out to the one and only Vaibhav Sharma ladies and gentlemen) cooked it during a couple of get togethers (he is a pro!).
