Cooking Instructions

Chop the matumbo to pieces and wash well.

Add 3 cups water and boil till tender. It takes long to soften so if you don't have a pressure cooker cook for long.

Drain the soup then add onions and cooking oil.

Cook for some minutes then add tomatoes then Dania and hoho.

Later add beef cube and cook for 10 mins
- 6
Serve with Ugali
