Ingredients

  1. Sukumawiki
  2. Spices of choice
  3. Onions
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Oil
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Maize flour
  8. Boiled matumbo

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a sufuria heat some oil, add onions and once golden brown add the chopped vegetables. Set aside

    Wet fry the matumbo. set aside

  3. 3

    Cook the ugali. Enjoy meal while hot
