Ingredients

  1. 1bucket of Chitterlings
  2. Add-In's
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 1/2 tspminced garlic
  5. 1large potato
  6. 2 tbspvinegar
  7. seasonings
  8. 2 tbspsalt
  9. 1 1/2 tspblack pepper
  10. 1 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  11. 1 tspLawery's seasoning salt
  12. Spice
  13. 1/3 cupFrank's red hot sauce
  14. 1 tspCheyenne pepper
  15. Cleaning ingredients
  16. 1 tbspvinegar
  17. 2 cupcold water

Cooking Instructions

    CLEAN Chitterlings

    Place in (cleaning ingredients) cold water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let soak for 20-30 minutes

    Drain, place in pot with enough water to cover them

  4. 4

    Being to a boil on med-high heat

  5. 5

    Drain, rinse with warm water and fill up pot again covering Chitterlings with water

  6. 6

    Turn heat to med-low, dice potato and slice onion

  7. 7

    Add potato & onion to simmering pot

  8. 8

    Add seasonings, minced garlic and vinegar

  9. 9

    If adding spice add now

  10. 10

    Simmer pot covered for 3 hours until tender
