Ingredients

  1. protein
  2. 1 1/2 lbchicken breasts
  3. marinade/sauce mixture
  4. 5 tbspolive oil
  5. 3 tspsesame oil
  6. 5 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 4 tbspbrown sugar
  8. 3 tbsphoisin sauce
  9. 5 clovegarlic; minced
  10. 3/4 tspground ginger OR 2 tablespoons of grated Fresh
  11. 1 tspground black pepper
  12. 2 tbspsesame seeds

    Prepare your meat, accordingly. Trim fat, cut smaller or however. Place in bag and put aside.

    Whisk all marinade/ sauce ingredients together in a measuring cup. Pour into bag of chicken and marinade for 30 minutes.

    This recipe calls for using the grill. As a mother of two, and a husband... I have to cook fast, and I use the stove top very often..

    Preheat your skillet on med high heat, sprinkle few Tsp of olive oil.. Once heated, place marinaded chicken on and cook evenly on both sides for about 6-9 minutes(each side). I say this because chicken breasts are uneven and some cuts have thicker meat.

    As you're cooking last side of chicken, toss remaining sauce onto skillet, let it cook with chicken and it will thicken and you use as the sauce..
