Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes until fork tender. Submerge in ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain. Pat dry.

Combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, vinegar, and dry seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Toss potatoes and veggies with dressing and fresh basil.

*Optional: Sweat veggies and garlic in olive oil until tender.

The onlything is i make 3. One like this (loaded), 1 with egg and potato, and one with just potato, all with the yolk mixture though. my family is very particular lol.
