Ingredients: 2 lb macaroni/pasta noodles; 3 lobsters (cooked); 2 cup grated mozzerella cheese; 2 cup grated cheddar cheese; 2 cup milk; 1/4 cup butter; 1/4 cup flour; 1 tbsp black pepper; 1 tbsp salt; 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Everyone loved it.. soooo creamy and loaded with lobster and cheese.

Ingredients

2 lbmacaroni/pasta noodles
3lobsters (cooked)
2 cupgrated mozzerella cheese
2 cupgrated cheddar cheese
2 cupmilk
1/4 cupbutter
1/4 cupflour
1 tbspblack pepper
1 tbspsalt
1/2 cupfresh parsley (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

Clean all the meat out of your lobsters and set aside.

Boil your macaroni/pasta noodles.

In a sauce pot melt your butter, then add your flour and cook until it smells nutty.

Then whisk in your milk.

Whisk until smooth.

Then add your mozzarella cheese and half of your cheddar cheese stir until smooth.

Add your salt, pepper and half of your chopped parsley and stir.

Chop your lobster into chunks and add to cheese mixture.

Drain your noodles and pour into casserole dish, then add your lobster cheese sauce and mix well.

Sprinkle remaining cheese and chopped parsley on top.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.

I was craving the lobster mac n cheese I had at one of our local restaurants a while back, and really wanted to make some of my own. Well, lobster is expensive and I didn't want to waste the money if I failed. GOOD lump crab meat was actually MORE expensive than lobster. So, as I was browsing at the store and deciding what to do I finally settled on picking up a package of frozen crawdad tails I had used for making gumbo in the past. Made this for "hangout night" with my sister (CatsCanCookToo) and her husband. It turned out amazingly wonderful! This was the first crack at it, so I'm sure the recipe will evolve, but I hope you enjoy this a much as we did! This is definitely one of my indulgent recipes that I will work to perfect!
