Ingredients

  1. 16 ozRicotta Cheese
  2. 8 ozCream Cheese
  3. 1 1/2 cupConfectioners' Sugar
  4. 1 tspVanilla extract.
  5. 1/2 tspAlmond Extract
  6. 1 cupMini Chocolate Chips

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the ricotta and cream cheese with a stand or hand mixer.

    Slowly add the confectioners' sugar.

    Mix in the vanilla and almond extract.

    Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    Serve with broken waffle cones, tea biscuits or graham crackers.
