  3. 1/2 cupbutter, softened
  4. 116oz package of light brown sugar
  5. 3large eggs
  6. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 18oz container of sour cream
  10. 1 cuphot water
  11. 2 tspvanilla extract
  12. Browned-butter-cinnamon-cream-cheese frosting
  13. 1/2 cupbutter
  14. 28oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  15. 216oz packages of powdered sugar
  16. 1 tspground cinnamon
  17. 2 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350°.

    Microwave morsels in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring at 30-second intervals.

    Beat butter and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended (about 5 minutes).

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition.

    Add melted chocolate; beat until blended.

    Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.

    Gradually add to chocolate mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
