  2. 1 big tomato puree

  4. 1/2 tspGarlic paste

  10. 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  12. 1 cupCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pehle aloo cheel le, or fork se prick kar le.

    Ab kadhai mein oil garam Karein or aloo deep fry karein, golden brown hone tak.

    Ab aalu nikal le, or oil me hing jeera Dale, Ginger garlic paste dale.

    Onion paste, tomato paste dale.

    Haldi, dhaniya or lal mirch powder dale, achhi tarah mix Karen or oil chorne tak bhune.

    Ab isme aloo daal de.

    Aap ko jaise gravy rakhni ho utna pani daal de, salt dale or dhak kar pakaye.

    Hare dhaniya se garnish karein.
