  9. Pinchhing
  10. 1ts redchilly powder
  11. 1ts haldi
  12. 2 tbsdry coriander powder

  14. For Bati
  15. 2 bowlmota aata
  16. 2 bowlnormal aata
  17. 1 bowlghee
  18. 1ts salt
  19. 1ts ajwain
  20. water
  21. 2 bowlghee for Bati to dip
  22. for Churma
  23. 1 bowlaata
  24. 2 tbsghee
  25. 1 bowlghee for frying
  26. 1/2 bowlgrind sugar
  27. 1/4chopped kaju
  28. 1/4chopped Badaam

    For Dal

    Soaked dal ko salt dalke 3 to 4 whistle aane tak paka le

    Ab ek vessel mein ghee dale jeera hing dale ab chopped ginger, chilli and tomato dalkar saute karein

    Ab isme sabhi masale dale.. Bhune.. Ab thoda pani dale.. Pakaye

    Ab isse boiled dal mein dalkar 5 minute pakaye lemon juice dale

    Dono aate mein salt and ajwaian and ghee dalkar mix karein ab water ki help se dough bana le

    Ab isse dhakkar 1/2 hour rakhe

    Ab iske balls leke halaka sa chapta karein and garam tandoor mein medium flame par bake kar le

    Ab in batiyon ko ghee mein dip kar de.. Phir nikal kar rakhe..

    Aate mein ghee dalkar dough bana le

    Ab iss dough se muthiya bana kar hot ghee mein fry karein

    Ab in muthiya ko thanda hone pe tod le phir mixer mein crush ka le

    Vessel mein ghee leke usme thoda roast kar le ab thanda hone pe usme grind kiya huaa sugar and dryfruits dale

    Churma ready hai
