    WASH AND PAT DRY CATFISH,IN A BOWL ADD LEMON JUICE,SPRAY YOUR BAKING RACK WITH COOKING SPRAY N SET IT IN A BAKING PAN,MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER,DIP FISH IN LEMON JUICE THEN IN BREAD CRUMBS ,PLACE ON BAKING RACK ,DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND BACK @350 for 15 to 20 MINUTES ARE UNTILL FISH FLAKES EASY.
