Ingredients

15 mins
8 servings
  1. 2 1/2 cupyellow or white corn meal
  2. 4 lbcatfish , cut into strips or small peices.
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1oil for frying
  5. 1salt & pepper to taste.

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    dip catfish into egg mix then coat w/ cornmeal

  2. 2

    heat oil

  3. 3

    slowly start adding catfish to very hot oil leaving a lil space in between fish to fry

  4. 4

    cook bothsides of fish til light golden brown.

  5. 5

    drain cooked peices if catfish on a few paper towels .

  6. 6

    once cooked & drain Eat!
