  2. 4 mediumcatfish fillets
  3. 2 cupcornmeal
  4. 1 tsppaprika
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1salt to taste
  7. 1oil for frying

30 mins
  1. 1

    heat oil in skillet to 375°F

  2. 2

    rinse catfish, then cut into chunks

  3. 3

    mix pepper, paprika, and cornmeal together on plate

  4. 4

    roll catfish chunks in cornmeal mixture

  5. 5

    Fry catfish in oil until golden.

  6. 6

    serve and enjoy
