These are awesome! Easy to make. Everyone loved them.
Cooking Instructions

Pre heat oven to 350

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Enough to cover shells.

Cook shells for 9 minutes.

Remove shells, drain water, and place on a wax paper covered cookie sheet to cool.

In a skillet, brown sausage meat, seasoned with salt &pepper, garlic & onion powder, and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1 and 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

Mix until well blended, add parsley and sausage.

Mix together until well blended.

Lightly grease a baking pan with olive oil. Add thin layer of pasta sauce.

Take shells and stuff each one with sausage and cheese mixture.

Place shells in pan, cover with pasta sauce, remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Garnish with Italian Seasoning and bake for 30 minutes.
