  1. 3 lbFresh Catfish fillets
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  4. 1vegetable oil
  5. 1/4 tspOld bay creole seasoning
  6. 1 tbspLemon pepper
  7. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tbspOnion Powder
  9. 1/2 tbspseasoning salt
  10. 1/4 tspTony Chacheres creole seasoning
  11. 4 cupYellow corn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil 375°

    In large mixing bowl mix corn flour, lemon pepper, Garlic and Onion powder, seasoning salt and creole seasoning

    Clean fish fillets and slice in pieces

  4. 4

    In medium bowl combine lemon juice and old bay seasoning

  5. 5

    In another bowl beat eggs

  6. 6

    Put your quantity of catfish in the lemon juice and old bay and coat

  7. 7

    Dip catfish in egg..then coat in fish fry...

  8. 8

    Fry fish for 3 to 5 mins depending on how hot your grease is
