I prefer to make my own hash browns over store bought. Sorry bout the confusion my recipe yells bout 40 hash browns.

Ingredients

40 servings
  1. 20 lbpotatoes
  2. 1/2 cupcornstarch
  3. 1salt/ pepper
  4. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean and peel potatoes then shred them.

    Mix all the ingredients together

  3. 3

    If you have a mold use it if not its not necessary. Butter the pan and put hash mix down for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

    Turn it and let it brown for bout 3 mins.

Only used 2 potatoes with onion, s&p with butter and little cornstarch, kept covered while cooking and turned out great.
