Oatmeal Oatmeal
I make this in bulk so that's why I don't have exact measurement. I store it in a air tight container in my pantry and it stays for weeks. I usually cook about a cup- cup in a half at a time for my daughters. They love itYou can add (or minus) any ingredient really. I've added cranberries before or walnuts, sunflower seeds, etc.RitaH

Simple oatmeal Simple oatmeal
I'm trying to loose weight and oatmeal prepared at home is a great way to kick start your day as its low in saturated fat and you get to control sugar and all the ingredients. Also, its very filling versus cereal or the pre packaged oatmeals for me. SaraTheMadam -

Healthy Diet Oatmeal Congee Healthy Diet Oatmeal Congee
Rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals, this healthy food has a low GI value. It's gentle on the stomach and makes a wonderfully fragrant breakfast porridge. How about trying it for breakfast? The story behind this recipeI gained some weight and created this for dieting, but it's so delicious that I eat it every day. I never get tired of it, even if I have it every meal (haha). shikkachanTranslated from Cookpad Japan
