I make this in bulk so that's why I don't have exact measurement. I store it in a air tight container in my pantry and it stays for weeks. I usually cook about a cup- cup in a half at a time for my daughters. They love it

You can add (or minus) any ingredient really. I've added cranberries before or walnuts, sunflower seeds, etc.

Ingredients

  1. 1as needed Rolled oats
  2. 1as needed Raisins
  3. 1as needed Almonds
  4. 1as needed Pecans
  5. 1as needed Shredded coconut
  6. 1as needed Salt
  7. 1as needed Cinnamon
  8. 1as needed Nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

    Crush almonds and pecans. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix.

    To make the oatmeal: use as much oatmeal as desired and add enough milk to just cover the oatmeal. Add a splash of maple syrup and cook on low heat until bubbly and thick. Turn heat off and cover for about 2mins.
