Cooking Instructions

Place carrots in a large sauce pan with a few table spoons of water.

Cover and steam carrots for about 5 minutes, until carrots are slightly softened.

Remove cover and allow water to evaporate or drain if there is lots of water left.

Turn heat up to medium high. Add butter, honey, and a small amount of salt and pepper.

Cook uncovered, stirring frequently until honey begins to caramelize and carrots are lightly browned.
