Ingredients

  • 3 quartswater
  • 2 teaspoonssalt
  • 3each large carrots- half moon shape, 1/4 inch slice (about 1 pound)
  • 1 clovegarlic- chopped fine
  • 2 ouncesbutter- melted
  • 2 tablespoonsparsley- chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoontarragon
  • 2-3 tablespoonshoney (based on your level of sweet)
  • to tastesalt and white pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In salted boiling water blanch the carrots for 4 minutes until tender.

  2. 2

    Drain off the water and rinse with cold water to cool.

  3. 3

    In a Sauté pan add the melted butter over a moderate heat and add the carrots and garlic and sauté for add the remaining ingredients stir for 30 seconds and take off the heat,

    Adjust sat and pepper as desired
