Cooking Instructions

Take Maida and add oil/ghee, salt, and knead it by adding 100 gms of water to make a dough. Cover it and leave the dough for half an hour.

Make small sized balls from the dough and roll them to make flat disc on the rolling board.

Cut it into ribbons shape

Or in this shape...for namak pare

Heat some Oil in a pan and put these ribbon matri into it. Deep fry them and take them out once they turn Brown in colour.

Your matri & namak pare are ready to serve.
