  1. 1/4 kgomena
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt
  6. 1chili

Cooking Instructions

    Wash omena with warm water

  2. 2

    Drain water from omena and put it in a frying.

  3. 3

    Add oil, onion and stir until it becomes brown

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and chili and cook for two minutes then crush.

  5. 5

    Add salt then serve hot with ugali
