I was trying to make a Spanish omelette but it broke into pieces. I will still continue trying
Cooking Instructions

Break the eggs into a bowl ads in the salt and whisk.
- 2
Chop the onion and tomato and green peppers and dania into very small pieces.
- 3
Add oil into a frying pan and on low heat add in the onions fry until they start to brown
- 4
Add the tomatoes and dania and stir some more. Add in the green peppers and stir.
- 5
Add in the eggs and tilt the pan around to allow it to spread nicely.
- 6
Allow it cook cover a bit and leave for a few minutes. Turn using a spatula and cook the other side.
- 7
Serve it with anything
