Ingredients

30 mins

2 lbboneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
1 lbSpaghetti noodles
1/2chopped onion
1/2green pepper
1/2red pepper
2garlic cloves
1 canlarge can of cream of chicken
1 candiced mushrooms
1 candiced tomatoes with green chilis
2 cupShredded cheddar cheese
tsponion powder
tspgarlic powder
3 tspseasoned salt

Cooking Instructions

30 mins

Season a half a pot of boiling water with chicken base powder season salt onion powder and garlic powder drop chicken in and let cook for 20mins

Next chop up all your veggies & garlic and cook over low heat until tender

Next take out chicken let cool and reserve one cup of chicken broth and drop noodles in the same water that you boiled the chicken in to enhance flavor

Next place 1 can cream of chicken in with veggies, 1 can of diced mushrooms and 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chili's into saucepan alongside with 1 cup of reserved chicken broth and shredded cheese

While that's cooking chop up chicken and add to pot

Once noodles are done add to the pot and let cook for 10 mins and your done

A easy tasty dinner that's good with garlic bread sticks and or salad ! *NOTE* I made this again and made a few changes. I added 1/2 a package of cream cheese and used some cayenne pepper and a tad of ranch buffalo seasoning to the sauce since I was out of cajun seasoning. I also used sharp cheese instead of cheddar and added some diced red pepper with the chicken.
