1 lbchicken breast file
1/2 cupflour
2eggs
1.5 cupheavy cream
1-1.5 cupgrated cheese
to tasteSalt
to tasteBlack Pepper

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cut it into smaller pieces.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl add flour, in other bowl beat eggs and the third bowl add cheese. Coat chicken first with flour then egg and with cheese.

Add chicken to a baking pan. Pour over heavy cream and bake it covered for about 20-30 minutes.

Uncover and bake it until golden brown.

Serve it with steamed vegetables or/and rice.
