Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupunsalted butter
  2. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1 tbspbaking powder
  4. 2 cupsugar
  5. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  6. pinchsalt
  7. 3 cancanned peaches
  8. 4 tspground cinnamon
  9. 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  10. 1 tsplemon juice
  11. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°

    Melt butter and place in the pan you are using for the cobbler

  3. 3

    In a medium Mixing bowl mix together flour, baking powder, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of milk (do not mix while in pan)

    On high heat in a medium pot, mix all other ingredients peaches, Lemon juice, Brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 1 cup of sugar

    Poor heated ingredients into pan (do not mix while in pan)

    Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of cinnamon over top

  7. 7

    Place in oven

    Cook for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve hot or cool over vanilla ice cream

  10. 10
