  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  5. 2 tbsppeanut butter
  6. 1 tbsphoney
  7. 1 tbspminced garlic
  8. 2 tspred wine vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350°F.

    in a skillet,mix,water,sugar,soy sauce,peanut butter,honey,garlic,and vinegar.cook on med heat,until sugar dissolves.

    place chicken in a deep baking dish.

    pour mixture over chicken,and bake for 1hr. basting every 15 MIN.
