Special Sauce Special Sauce
Aka, thousand island, aka boom boom sauce, aka yum yum sauce, depending on where you get it. Anyways, it's great on salads, burgers, reubens, or used as a dipping sauce for chicken, seafood, fries, or just about anything you can think of. Here's a pretty good take: A-Bomb -

In & Out Style Special Sauce In & Out Style Special Sauce
Make your own special sauce for spreading on burgers and dipping fries in.I modified a recipe for In & Out’s special sauce and it’s even better since you can customize it to your taste. For example, if you like a lot of relish you can always add more.Typically, you’d want to let it refrigerate overnight so all the flavors stand out. If you are making it new, give it at least 2 hours in the fridge before enjoying. Kat -

Hot Dog Chili Sauce Hot Dog Chili Sauce
Hot dogs at home never seem to taste as good as the ones we can get at a local hot dog stand. You know, the ones with the steamed buns that are wrapped in the white paper - and the paper turns orange from the chili.... yum! This recipe isn't about quality ingredients or nutrition, (let's face it, eating a hot dog is never about nutrition) but it is about getting that "hot dog stand" flavor at home. NCCook
