1 lbground beef
1 1/2 cupswater
4 oz.Tomato sauce
3 tbsketchup
1small onion finely minced
1 clovegarlic, pressed
2 tbspchili powder
1/2 tspcumin seed
1/2 tspmustard powder
1/4 tspcelery seed
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tbsbrown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsworcestershire sauce
Few dashes Louisiana Hot Sauce

Assemble all ingredients, fine dice and press the onion and garlic.

Mix and press the raw beef with the water, tomato sauce, ketchup and all other liquid ingredients into a slurry.

Add the finely minced onion and garlic and all dry spices. Stir well till combined. Put on high heat and bring to a rolling boil.

Simmer on low for an hour till sauce reduces and thickens.

Serve on a grilled hot dog with grilled or steamed buns. Mustard and diced onions.
