Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice (sunrise basmati the one in an orange pack)
  2. I/4 yellow beans
  3. 2bulb onion, 1 white onion and 2 leaves of leek onion
  4. 3large tomatoes
  5. Dhania a small bunch
  6. 3carrots
  7. Salt
  8. Cooking oil

    (Beans)pre soak the beans overnight this will make it take a shorter time while boiling the next day.drain the water and boil for 3-4 hours to the desired texture.(I love my beans very soft).keep the heat constant till the very end.For those with acid and gas problems.insert a large raw carrot in the beans while boiling it helps to absorb the acid and gas.once boiled drain the residue water and fry with onions tomatoes and garnish with Dania as desired

    (Rice)i use sunrice basmati.Dice one small carrot into small squares,use white onion and fry together making sure that the onions do not burn or they'll look like cockroaches in rice.Add rice and water in the ration 1:1.cook under very low heat till tender.

    (Cabbage).For crunchy cabbage.Great carrots and cut one onion.Add very minimal cooking oil depending on the amount of your cabbage and fry for 2-3 mins

    Serve as desired.Note that presentation of your food matters a lot.Make sure you serve each food on its side without mixing
