Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 largeHead of cauliflower, broken into florets (about 9 cups)
  2. 2 tbspOlive oil
  3. 1 tspSmoked paprika
  4. 3/4 tspSalt
  5. 2 cloveGarlic, minced (1 tsp)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place florets in large bowl. Mix all but garlic and drizzle over florets. Toss to coat.

    Spread cauliflower onto prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir in garlic, bake for 10-15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
