Ingredients

  1. 2tilapia filets
  2. 4 tbspSriracha
  3. 1 tonion powder
  4. 1/2 tgarlic powder
  5. 1/4 twhite pepper
  6. 2limes; zested
  7. 1/4 cupcilantro; chiffonade
  8. As neededsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Season tilapia. Cover with sriracha. Squeeze the juice from one lime over the filets.

    Bake at 400° for approximately 5-8 minutes or until fish reaches 145°

  3. 3

    Garnish with lime zest and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

  4. 4

    Try serving over coconut jasmine rice
